We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days or 3 weeks after receiving your item to request a return.
While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Helsey Quintoe, we understand that sometimes things may not work out quite well. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. We do the printing of your apparels, gaiters, masks after you place the order and so it is made specifically for your design taste and size.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We will be able to replace or refund misprinted / damaged / defective items or if you received the wrong item at our expense. To be eligible for a return of any item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must contact us at email@example.com immediately after receiving the product attaching pictures of the item showing the misprinted / damaged / defective part of the item along with the receipt or proof of purchase. This will help us to evaluate the issue and correct it. If the product package doesn’t have return information, please contact us so that we can provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Our apparel packages will have the return address on them.
Items sent back without first requesting a return within 3 weeks of receiving it will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
